Terms & Conditions
These terms will be accepted when booking.
Invoices
The Business will invoice the Client when reserving a booking, unless otherwise noted in thePayment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) before the booking. Reservation is not confirmed until Contract is signed and Invoice is paid. If invoice is not paid, services will not be provided.
Payment methods
Payment will be made to the Business via approved payment card only. This form of payment will be saved in case of theft, damage, or late return. If you fall in violation of these, you will be automatically charged without notification.
Time
One foam machine rental includes six hours. This starts at pickup time and ends at drop-off time.If the client is more than five minutes late, they will be charged for another full-size hour session.This is to protect our next clients' booking time.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made prior to 48 hours before booking. Cancellationsmade before 48 hours will receive a full refund (excluding any processing fees). Booking scanceled after 48 hours will be not be refunded any of the booking costs. Cancellations and refunds can be made by emailing BOOKING @SANDKRENTALS.com.
Foam Dye Color
DyeColor may leave some dye behind, we are not responsible for anything damaged or dyed fromthe machine.
Cleaning Fees
If cleaning is required after a booking, customers will be charged $500 or more for cleaning andwill be responsible for replacement if needed.
Damages
There is to be no outside soaps or products to be used with this machine. If you use anythingbesides what was provided, the client will be responsible for the full costs of damages.
Put the Risk on Us Plan
This plan is 7% of EACH MACHINE RENTAL. If there is any damage to the machine, and the “put the risk on us”plan was not selected then you will be responsible for 100% of the cost for any parts or machines that need to be replaced. This does not include any intentional damages: such as outsideproducts used with this machine, etc. This plan is required for clients choosing pickup.
Modifications
The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.
Termination of Contract
The Contract ends after completion of return and confirmation that all rental equipment is intact. If there is issues with a client when doing a delivery or pickup, S&K Rentals hold the right tocancel the reservation, and there will be no refund; the client will be responsible for paying full amount.
